There are three main types of hearing aids:
1.Behind The Ear
These hearing aids combine effectiveness with comfort. They are almost invisible to the eye as they rest discreetly and snugly behind the ear. They can be selected to blend with your hair colour and be easily adjusted to treat your specific hearing problem.
2. Deep Canal
This is the most discreet hearing aid available. It is worn in the inner part of the ear so it is virtually impossible to detect. The most advanced are so tiny as to be practically invisible to the naked eye with the technology to regulate sound depending on volume and distance.
3.In The Ear
This can refer to either Canal hearing aids or all in the ear hearing aids, the former being the smaller and more discreet of the two. This is most suitable for those who may feel self-conscious of awkward in any way about their hearing loss.
